NOVA Dental is launching oral health into the 21st century by bringing preventative care to your workplace and designing your dental experience around simplicity, personalization, and security, right from the NOVA App!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

THE NOVA APP: After your employer schedules our on-site wellness team to provide dental cleanings and digital x-rays to you at work, you will be provided
a scheduling link to reserve your appointment time. After appointment reservation, you will be prompted to download the NOVA App
and create your own personal account.

Inside the NOVA App, you are able to see your appointments (upcoming and past), fill our your patient forms, secure chat with the NOVA team, as well as video-chat a local dentist in real time! Your NOVA account is also available online from a desktop browser.

NOVAS ON-SITE CARE: Licensed hygienists and dental assistants visit you and your coworkers at the workplace to provide the American Dental Associations recommended twice a year dental cleanings, digital x-rays, and gum assessment. These appointments take between 40-50 minutes without you ever having to leave work. NOVAs team will be scheduled to visit your workplace every 3-6 months.

VIDEO-CHAT WITH YOUR DENTIST: After your on-site appointment, you will video-chat with your dentist within the NOVA App to discuss your oral health status. Dentists are provided x-rays and clinical notes from your appointment to evaluate and offer recommendations if further treatment is needed. By operating their own clinic in the surrounding community, you are able to visit their office for additional care if necessary.

How do I request NOVAs services?
Simply visit the website www.novadentalservices.com to request NOVAs On-Site team to your workplace. NOVA will work with your team to schedule recurring services every 3-6 months.

Is insurance accepted?
Our services are available with and without insurance. NOVA is in-network with the majority of large insurance plans which frequently cover NOVAs services 100% (preventative and diagnostic), meaning no out-of-pocket co-pays. We also partner with employer groups and health plans to provide even bigger discounts on care services. Check your individual plan as benefits may differ.

Who are the dentists?
NOVAs network of local dentists are trusted, US-board certified, and state-licensed physicians. Dentists operate within your local community to provide the close to home provider that patients look for. In the case a patient already has a dentist, NOVA can facilitate the video-chat or provide the doctor with the diagnostic information from the on-site appointment. NOVAs network also has access to specialists such as endodontists (root canals), periodontists (gum health), and oral surgeons (extractions and implants).

NOVA provides the basics of oral healthcare: Teeth cleanings, gum health assessments, digital x-ray imaging, and intra-oral photos.
